It isn't always practical, expedient or cost-effective to provide fixed-fee services. In such instances, we offer our services on a traditional time-cost basis, while still keeping true to the principles of simplicity, affordability and convenience. All time-cost matters are charged in 5 minute intervals, and invoiced on 7 day terms (unless agreed otherwise), and remain subject to our Fee Policy and Booking Policy.
